The Story of a Photographer
Hi, my name is Laura, a 28 year old photographer based in Berkshire, and a wife and mum who has always loved capturing the moments that matter most.
My photography journey began in 2021, somewhat unexpectedly, when I started taking photos of my Border Collie, Lance. What began as a love for photographing him quickly grew into a passion for storytelling through imagery. In 2022, I began photographing newborns, and from there my work naturally evolved into family photography, weddings and the many beautiful milestones that come with them.
I also have a love for dance photography, something that feels particularly special to me after many years of dance training and teaching. My experience within the dance world has given me an understanding of the movement, expression and little details that can make an image truly come to life.
Whether I'm photographing a tiny newborn, a growing family, a couple beginning their next chapter or a dancer doing what they love, my aim is always the same: to create timeless, beautiful images that you'll treasure for years to come.
I want your photographs to feel authentic to you - full of connection, personality and those little moments that you may otherwise forget. My hope is that when you look back at your photos years from now, you don't just see a photograph, but remember exactly how the moment felt.
